SPOTLIGHT: REDMOND TOWN CENTER

We’ve created a number of successful events for Redmond Town Center. From live music to local artists to Christmas with Reindeer, our events are part of making memories for both guests and retailers.

Our local media reach covers a 90-mile radius ensuring a reach to Metro Seattle and beyond. Media Services has been able to consistently draw traffic, attention, and dollars to create a win-win situation for Property Management and tenants.

SPOTLIGHT: THE LANDING RENTON

Creating a sense of community for guests is always a crowd favorite. From Jazz in June featuring outdoor dining to special events featuring the Seahawks to Christmas, we’ve created memories that last a lifetime for guests, tenants, employees, and participants.

We helped raised money for charity, collected gifts at holiday time, and even created a Farmers Market to bring the best of local produce to the neighborhood.

SPOTLIGHT: COVINGTON ESPLANADE

Every destination caters to a local market that is unique to the area.

At Covington Esplanade, the love of The Seattle Seahawks, Homegrown Food and Baked Goods, and Automobiles helped us create events that had the best of everything.

From an On-Location Farmers market, to Fan Rallies, to Autographs, we partnered with local radio stations to promote the events and broadcast on location while offering food and prizes to guests.
